1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and the uk999 platform operator ("uk999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at uk999.cam, including all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

uk999 is an online sports betting and live casino platform designed for adult users. The platform covers cricket — including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 Internationals and Test matches — alongside football, UFC, tennis and a range of casino and live dealer products.

These Terms apply to all users of uk999, including visitors, registered account holders and any person accessing the platform from any device or location. Where any inconsistency exists between these Terms and any promotional terms published on the platform, the promotional terms apply in relation to that specific promotion only; these Terms govern in all other respects.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Account	A personal registered account created by a User on the uk999 platform.
Balance	The total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in PKR or the currency selected at registration.
Bet / Wager	A real-money stake placed by a User on an outcome within the sports betting or casino sections of the Service.
Bonus Funds	Promotional credit granted to a User subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
KYC	Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
Platform	The uk999 website, mobile interface and all associated tools and features accessible via uk999.cam.
Prohibited User	Any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3, including persons under 18 years of age.
Service	All products, features, bets, casino games, promotions and support channels offered through uk999.
Withdrawal	A request by a User to transfer real-money funds from their Account Balance to an external payment method.

3. Account Eligibility

Access to the uk999 platform is restricted. To register and use the Service you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction if applicable. uk999 enforces age verification during the registration process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the minimum age will be suspended immediately, all pending bets voided and any balance returned subject to verification.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using uk999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistan has restrictions on gambling activities under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable regulations. uk999 does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution. 3.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on uk999. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent ban from the platform.

3.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes. uk999 is not liable for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

4. Account Registration

To access betting markets, casino games and other real-money features of the Service, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account.

4.1 Registration Process

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password and confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3. Additional personal information may be requested as part of KYC verification prior to your first withdrawal.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. uk999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately via Live Chat.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

uk999 is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your uk999 Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in PKR or the currency selected at registration. uk999 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on this platform as familiar Pakistani payment contexts only. Their mention does not imply that any of these providers endorses, affiliates with or supports uk999 in any capacity.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown at the point of request.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• uk999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are published in the Help Centre.

5.3 Currency

Account balances, bet stakes and settlement amounts are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) by default for users registered from Pakistan. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are disclosed at the point of transaction.

5.4 Declined Transactions

uk999 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably believes is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selection, stake and any applicable options (e.g., each-way, accumulator legs) before confirming a bet. uk999 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error where the User confirmed the bet slip.

6.2 Odds

All odds on uk999 are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmed placement are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly — please review your bet slip carefully before confirming in-play wagers.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances, among others: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; a market is suspended due to a technical error; the bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or the outcome cannot be determined within the timeframe specified by uk999's sports rules. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and the stake is returned to the Account Balance.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per market and per day. These limits are published in the Help Centre and may be updated from time to time. uk999 reserves the right to withhold payment in excess of published maximum winnings limits.

6.5 Suspicious Activity & Integrity

uk999 reserves the right to withhold settlement and/or void bets where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, insider information, coordinated betting activity or any other integrity concern. In such cases, the platform may refer the matter to relevant sporting authorities.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

uk999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise.

• Each promotion is available once per user, per household and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds and expiry dates are stated in the specific promotional terms.
• uk999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practical.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting to exploit a promotion, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.
• Where a welcome bonus has been claimed, any withdrawal request made before the wagering requirement is met will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings derived from bonus funds.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uk999 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent exclusion from the Service.

• Registering more than one Account for the same individual.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity through the platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Attempting to manipulate any market or sporting event through insider knowledge or collusion.
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

9. Responsible Gambling

uk999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered users directly from the Account dashboard and do not require a support request to activate.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of uk999.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uk999 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

uk999 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. uk999 makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information published on the platform, including odds data and sports statistics.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by uk999

uk999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where suspension is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

12.2 Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the uk999 support team via Live Chat. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining after settlement of open bets will be returned to you subject to completion of applicable verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met the relevant wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11 and 13 — shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uk999 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction, to the extent that those rights cannot be waived by contract.

14. Amendments to These Terms

uk999 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a prominent notice on the platform or by email to your registered address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
